ADMISSION POLICY

  • Admission is granted on merit to the children of Defence Personnel as well as Civilians. Criterion for admission varies according to the class level to which the admission is sought.
  • For admission to Pre-School, the child will have to appear and qualify a General Aptitude Test / Interview (in case of EYS-I).
  • Students seeking admission in Classes EYS-II to VIII will have to undergo a Written Test. The candidates interested to get admission in Class IX will be tested in the subjects of English, Urdu, Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Computer and Maths.
  • Written Test will be followed by an interview (if considered necessary) to finalize the admission procedure.
  • For admission to College Classes, the policy is subject to change according to the rising standards or competition in town.
  • Concession of 20 marks is allowed to Hafiz-e-Quran at the time of admission to Board Level Classes.
  • If a child does not make the merit, admission will be regretted. In case of non-availability of seats in a class, a waiting list shall be maintained.
  • Re-admission can be granted only once, provided the Principal is satisfied with the genuineness of the case. Full re-admission fee will be charged to such students.
  • Board admission may not be sent in case of repeated failures of in-house exams and violation of college policies / discipline rules.
  • For Board Classes 75% attendance is mandatory, the admission form will not be forwarded to FBISE if attendance is less than that.
  • The college authorities reserve the right to cancel the admission at any stage.

COLLEGE LEAVING RULES

  • A student who intends to leave the College should apply to the Principal; the application must be signed by father or guardian.

  • The College Leaving Certificate will only be issued to a student after payment of all the dues.

  • Security is refundable within one year of the issuance of School Leaving Certificate.

LEAVE RULES

  • Leave request should reach APS&C Office by 0800 hrs. No leave application will be entertained after 0800 hrs.
  • Without parents’ signatures, leave application will not be entertained; moreover, it is the Principal’s discretion to approve it or otherwise.
  • More than 2 days leave is not permissible in a month.
  • In case of sickness, only 2 days leave will be granted on written request of parents. If sick leave over 2 days is required, parents will provide medical certificate to avail leave up to 4 days. Leave beyond 4 days will be granted only in case of hospitalization of child.
  • Telephonic requests from parents will be honoured only if followed by a formal application on the same day.
  • Exams / tests missed due to leave / absence will not be re-conducted.
  • Application not defining reason or a period of leave will not be considered and the student will be treated as absent.
