Guidelines for Parents

Education of children is a joint responsibility of parents and institution. Hence, they must have close liaison with the Teachers and Administration to know the performance of their children.

Parents are requested to coordinate the date and time with the administration before visiting. They are not allowed to visit the class rooms on their own. 

Parents are requested to attend Progress Review Session regularly as per the Parents Teacher Interaction plays a vital role to review the progress of students academic progress as well as their holistic development. So, after every Assessment Test and Term Exams, it is mandatory to join Progress Review Session (PRS). 

Any children suffering from contagious disease should not be sent to the institution. 

Parents are expected to check notebooks and diaries of their children to acknowledge their class work. Diaries must be signed by the parents.

Parents must ensure timely payment of fee. Full fee / fines will be charged for the current month or part thereof.

Parents are supposed to apply in writing for the withdrawal of their wards from the institution, three days in advance. 

Parents are requested to sign and return the circulars sent to them by the institution.  

Refund of security will lapse after one year, from date of leaving the institution. 

Principal’s decision on routine controversies / clarifications will be final.  

Vehicles / motor cycle users must be in possession of driving licence. Entry into cantonment area without driving license / helmet is not allowed.

Application for new stickers / security cards should be forwarded by 30 November every year which lapses on 31 Dec the next year
